TREMONTI ..........WHO ELSE??
aight .....well im new here but im puttin in a statement. Tremonti is God. Who else can write a song and make it into a musical masterpiece like him these days. nobody.... There is no other that can take music and tell a story like he does. My personal input on this is .....my own prison is the best cd, and it doesnt get as much credit. What do u guys think?

I guess it's time to burn my Beatles albums, forget the Who, toss Hendrix in the trash, same for Pink Floyd, Skynard, Allman Bros, Steely Dan,etc... how could I ever have listened to such garbage, Eliminine is my new guru, I can tell by the eloquent prose, that years of deep musical studies has given E the insight and wisdom to make these kind of revelations to us... we should all be thankful

umm.... I like The Who. i think i can speak for most people. Townshend is a lot better than Tremonti. Yes I like Creed, but they have nothing compared to some of the greats like Ozzy, Rhoads, Halen, and most classic stuff.
Maybe you think Tremonti is "god", but i have never heard a solo in his song that took me by surprise, all he does in his solos (if the song has one) is repeat the vocal melodies with a wah or something like that.

I think its great the way this lad can talk about how terrible The Who, Ozzy etc. are and then get upset when people "don't release this Tremontine lads genius".

true true . tremonti is not God. I was just makin a big opening statement. And yes tremonti does not have that many solos in his songs. But now days i just dont think i can listen to a 5 minute solo anymore. It really lowers your self esteem when u know there is no way ever to be able to play some of eddie van halens solos. Or even randy rhoads. they are good guitarists , but i just dont think that screaming songs out like a girl does not fly anymore.

I always like how people say "x is awesome, and everybody knows they are", then "y sux, why do they have so many fans". Probably because the people who like y say the same things about them as the people who like "x".

Next time think before u say something..........any way as i was saying creed gets dissed because the radio plays all the sad soft lovish songs( "with arms wide open" "higher"" sacrifice" etc.) instead of what they should be playing....illusion, ode, bullets, what if, etc. People judge before they know anything. Just like ponyone here, he judged me before he even got to know what i was getting at.

got me really into it
and i learned it less than 2 weeks
i just started playing 3 months ago
