I recently had my guitar fudged up by a local Gibson authorized repairshop. That shop (Top shelf) wouldn't stand behind their work (Nut cut too short, saddles filed too low or not enough, dents in the neck,etcetcetc).

After contacting Gibson, they will WARRANTY the work at the new shop I am going to (Also an authorized shop).

I cannot say enough.

Anytime my guitar needed something, they were willing to send the parts, or help me out.

As with any mass produced instrument, there may be problems here and there in random instruments...but they will stand behind their work.

They have always been friendly and helpful and I will continue to support them.

Now, this is what customer service is about.
