I mostly do a 5 minute warm-up with chromatics, a paul gilbet warmup, running trough some scales. and then I practice for maybe 3-4hours straight (fast, slow, sweeps, taps, all the things i'm capable off) then I take a break of maybe an houre or so and start back to practice untill I get tired with it (depends, can be after 1h or maybe another 4h) but only at weekends I practice this much, at normal days I do all of the above without the break of 1h and another 1h-4h practice, but I take a little 20min break or so after practicing 2h and then start practicing again after another 2h.

Hope it's not tedonitus or CTS, but what if it is. Just stop playing for a while ? That's hell ! Anyway, thanks
