iPad problems

Will not play on my iPad anymore. Anyone else having this problem?

Guess I should have said that no video lessons will play.

Just found same thing. Video has worked on iPad- only reason I decided to become a member. If we can't get answer- I don't plan on staying around too long...

Worked until today. Then stopped. I hope they solve it otherwise I am gone...

Sorry about the trouble.

I am having trouble duplicating the problem you are having. I just tested it on my iPad and it worked fine.

Sometimes these things can be local to a particular geography (like a router down near where you live). Will you please use the contact form to email support, and tell them where you live, and that you have this problem? The support form collects data about your account that can help us fix it.

The tech support guys would like you to perform a test and report to us in this thread?

Try to watch videos on a computer in your house, instead of the iPad and let us know if both don't show videos, or only the iPad?

On the computer, please try both the "new player" and "old player" (use the selector on the lower left of the video player to switch).
