Thanks to both of you for your thoughts and feedback. I will continue to keep track of when and where I'm having the streaming delays. I do connect using multiple computers (Mac and Windows, iPad and Surface tablet) and from multiple locations all around the U.S.; and sometimes overseas. I do always run Internet connection speed tests to see if there is an issue with latency or simply bandwidth.
That said, having worked as an IT professional for 30+ years, I fully understand there are a lot of reasons for Internet traffic delays. Since you're not getting this feedback from anyone else (which was partly the purpose for my posting this on a thread - to see if others provided the same feedback), I'll look to a few other options to see what works.
