Anyone familiar with the Washburn WI64DL. It comes with the Buzz Feiten tuning system installed. Any comments on Washburn guitars in general. The reviews that I have read on it are pretty good. Thanks in advance! FM

Alberto Allard posted a detailed review of an earlier (?) version of the WI64. And I'll let Buzz Feiten himself explain his system.

Seriously thinking about buying one of these as they are available for great prices here in the UK (about £250/$359.859),but the fact no-one had one locally and it's voice contour control system is strange/not conventional put me off. The Buzz feiten thing was an attraction, as I am told it is intonation heaven ,i am (also)told the earvana nut is intonation heaven but have not yet had a chance to use either.

As ever try http://www.harmony-central.com/Guitar/Data4/Washburn/WI64DL-01.html this place.

And get your hands on one (locally!) if in any way possible

Ok,Ok *hides face in hands in shame*

People,on the web at least, seem to like them and so do guitar magazines *hah, restrains himself manfully* ,but, they don't appear in most guitar shops [here,at least] so go figure..

Hope you manage to find one nearby.
Accuracy,you say? hmm interesting concept..
