Looking for a good guitar recording interface for around £100. Line 6 POD GX looks lgood but are there any others worth trying?
For one of the best guitar shops in peterborough take a look at GTR Music, or try our friendly guitar forum for guitar chat, news and views.

I posted this review a good time back. Whether or not it works for you is a personal decision but a review can never hurt.

Bumping because I would like to know the same thing, so didn't want to make a new thread.

I'm looking to spend around $150-200 for a recording interface. ($250 max if it's really that big of a difference in quality).

Will be recording guitar and bass directly plugging into unit, but at that range I'm pretty sure they come with XLR inputs for mics too.

I have been using my Line 6 UX2 for several years and have found it to work perfectly for my guitars, basses, keys, drums, and vocals. It also works well in live performances, too.

Have you taken a look at the Presonus AudioBox USB. AudioBox iTwo? Presonus tends to have good products and their Preamps and DAW are really good too.

I love the line six UX1.

I use it with pod farm 2, it works great. I just plug my guitar in and the software gives me the anp cab and mic i want to use + effects. I then record on Adobe Audition.

I can recommend You Alesis IO2. For me it's much better than Line 6.[br]https://musicsquare.co.uk/139906g_Studio-and-Recording-Gear-Sound-Cards-and-Interfaces-USB.html[br]https://www.gear4music.com/Soundcards/USB.html[br]https://www.sweetwater.com/c695--USB_Audio_Interfaces
