Sonny Sharrock

I always thought Sonny Sharrock was one of the most underrated guitarists ever (I know that Santana and Derek Trucks would agree with me on that) but I always feel like he falls under the radar in the world of Jazz guitarists. I know that some of his music can be difficult but I always thought that his music was so soulful and powerful. Does anyone else have any thoughts on him and if you don't know of him look him up on youtube and tell me what you think?
