Just don't get discouraged when you play along with CD's or same music and you notice it doesn't sound as good. There will be a big difference in the quality of a professionals guitar and yours. Not to mention all the tiny details about how they play and especially their fingernails.

When it comes to classical guitars, you get what you pay for. I have a $1300 flamenco guitar and that is just slightly above average. Quality in those types of guitars costs money. No real way around it. In your price range just pick whatever FEELS most comfortable to play. Obviously make sure it sounds good to you as well. Play as many different types as you can in that price range. You'll notice there is a wide range in sound differences.
