Exercise Might Improve Muscle Memory

For the first half of this year I did stretching and calisthenics before my morning practice session and hit the treadmill afterwards. Then I did a light weight set after the afternoon session. Looks like I should get back to it all...just as soon as all this wildfire smoke clears... ;)
