latino guitarplayer

I remember I watched "Muzak" or some weird channel I had before and there was this special about this latin/spanish guitarist (don't recall where he came from exactly) but what he did to that guitar with only two hands was amazing. fingerpicking at its finest. Even though I can't really give more hints onto WHO he might be some of you might name a few good south-american/spanish guitarplayers.
