i guess what i really want is a good amp that doesnt mess with the sound of the pedal. do you have any suggestions. i'd be really thankful because i have a fender mustang I and it has a good sound but it doesnt work well with the effects pedal.
amp!!!!!!!!!!!help!
hey, i bought the vox tonelab st and im not really happy with the sound. i know its because of my amp. i thought of buying the spider IV 75 watts, but i dont know how those two will combine. do you have any ideas on how to solve my problem?

Can you be more precise on what it doesn't do well?
You should use the Tonelab without using another emulated piece of equipment like the Mustang, the two collide.

exactly, the presets from the mustang and the effects from the tonelab collide, i also have this really bad amp that i bought for like 50$ when i started playing and i use the tonelab on that one but the sound from the amp itself is horrible and i have been meaning to buy a new amp but i dont have a clue on which to buy. i think i want an amp that has a good tone and connects well with the multieffects pedal. i dont want a modelling amp

after considering everything i decided to buy the Spider IV 75 for it has a quick loop and you can play it without the presets and effects and it has a good sound :)

If your going line6 check the Spider Jam. Does everything the v does, plus way more. I have one for about the same price and same watts and speaker it's much better deal. It has a built in multi track recorder.

after thinking about what i wanted from the peavey vypyr i decided i didnt need because i already have the tonelab for the effects. so, instead im gonna buy the boss rc3 looper and a good loud amp with no effects whatsoever.
i think its the right choice. anyway, do you know of any good clean amps which can get loud enough for gigging? keeping in mind that i dont earn a million dollars a month :)

Turn off any and all amp modeling if you can and see if that helps at all. Not sure about that pedal, but there appears to be a switch that maybe turns that off so you can just use the effects?

The Jam will let you make and keep your own settings, so if that is manual mode then yes.
Like the Spider IV 75, the Jam has the same 12" speaker and wattage. So why the Jam.
The big picture... because it will allow you to record.
It has Jam tracks pre-loaded, all jams are real pro’s playing in studios, not computer generated beats.
Because you can play at the same time the jam plays, you can also record both. You can plug a mpe3 type device using the 1/8 connecter. Play whatever you have through the amp and jam along and record it. It holds up 24 minutes of cd quality recording.
At any point you can go back record another layer over the last. I think it has 99 layers.
The amp also has a 2nd input area. It has a mic jack and guitar input type jack. So after recording yourself playing using 3 to 7 tracks, you can plug in a mic and sing while the amp plays a recording you wanted to sing to or you plug a bass or piano and jam over recording adding yet another layer.
You can record yourself playing chords. Record a lead over the rhythm you just recorded…. You see where I’m going with this. It will record or save your music to a SD card in different formats. Once on the SD card delete the recordings you have from the Jam freeing up room to start again.
Ok, so I like my Jam and what it can do with it.
Check it out on youtube, Line 6 Spider Jam.

i also thought and have currently decided to buy the peavey vypyr 75 with the sanpera II, what do you think?

I have not played through one, so the best advive i can give is buy what your ears like. Listening to yourself play through an amp you love the sound of will keep you playing.
Peavey makes some great stuff.
