I recently became a full access member hoping to learn songs right away. However i quickly learned that i cant watch the videos nor download them. I have since canceled my subscription. Unfortunately i am one of a few, but if there is any way that a solution could come out of my problem i along with the others in my boat would be grateful thanks!

Sorry about the trouble. I am not sure I understand the problem. Are you trying to access the site on a mobile device? If so, which one? Most smart phones and tablets should work fine (iPhone, iPad, Kindle).
