A/B Loop points don't set correctly on lesson playback

Greetings all,

I checked the Help button in the corner and read the forum rules and checked the topics I could find; there doesn't seem to be a site/flash troubleshooting topic or thread. I'm trying to play back a few lessons with loop points. Seems the A and B keys don't register, nor does the key to remove set points. If I click the AB Loop button on the far right side of the flash window it sets the loop points at the beginning and end of the video and they don't appear to be drag and drop. Even set this way the clear loop points key still doesn't work. I'm running Safari and Firefox (I tried both) with the most current versions of flash in Mac OS X version 10.7.4 completely updated. Anyone know how to fix this?

I had also problems with the loop yesterday. On my pc running Windows7 and chrome I could not set the A point.

I also had the same problem with Firefox.

Fortunately I haven't had those problems the last few days. Didn't change any settings or so.
