as a full member you should try the Core Learn system lessons. There are basic lessons , very helpful in what you're looking for. Mainly Guitar Fundamentals 1 will answer all your questions on this subject.

Primarily you can start figuring out if you´re pressing the strings next to the frets, so close, but without touching them. I think this is the number one rule. Of course it will be not possible all the time, like when you´re executing some chords, however you must try to do it whenever it may possible.

See if you're pressing the strings with your fingers almost perpendiculars to the strings. Use only the force needed of fretting notes in a way that notes sound clearly, nor more, nor less.
