Jon Gomm, like any of the virtuoso acoustic players, uses a variety of different tunings for his music. He doesn't use just one.

I figured he used more than one tuning, to be more specific; The song Passionflower is the one I was wondering about. Beautiful song.

I am unsure of the tuning, but thanks for posting about this song as I had yet to see a live performance of it. Incredible.

Passionflower is FACGAC, but down a tone (so he's actually at Eb G Bb F G Bb, low to high)
