Hey, I just bought a year membership on guitartricks.com, and it seems that I have to click the yellow button "BUY NOW", But I already have, so what do I do to get it?

am I elligible to get the funbox when I just recently purchased a year subscription?

The Guitar Tricks Fun Box Promo just started, and any NEW purchase of an annual subscription qualifies one to get the Funbox goodies!

If you have recently signed up for an annual subscription, then you have two options:

1.) Purchase another year with the special offer at the link above, and enjoy continuous learning with GuitarTricks for another year, plus ALL to goodies offered in the Fun Box Promo.

2.) If another year of Full Access doesn't suit you, then purchase the Fun Box promo and we'll refund the previous year's subscription. The refund isn't automatic. You'd have to contact us back and let us know that you in fact did purchase the Fun Box Special and when, and tell us what date you previously purchased the annual subscription, what your username is, full name on the credit card plus just the last four digits in order to process a refund. In fact replying to this email would be the most effective way for us to keep track of this transaction.

We DO hope that you take advantage of the Fun Box promo and get to enjoy all the goodies bundled in with that annual package. We have several subscribers who've already doubled up on their annual subscriptions to enjoy the benefits of the Special Promo:

hmm, ya know, I love and value your service; obviously since I bought my full access for a year prior to the promo. But no option to purchase the 'funbox' itself at a reduced rate for current full access subscribers without jumping through hoops or purchasing an additional year immediately kinda sucks a trifle. Almost feels like being penalized for responding to your earlier requests for subscribers.

Thanks for your service and I hope you take this information in the spirit in which it is given (i.e., giving you a window into the reaction of at least some of your subscribers), but now I know to wait til after NAMM to renew :(

We have never done a promo like this before, and to tell the truth we never even thought to offer to sell the fun box separately for people in your position.

So please understand, we just didn't foresee what your reaction would be, and so the above is the best we could come up with in the short time available before they run out. We're not trying to make it difficult, we are just caught up short.

I am thinking of extend my year subscription so that I would get the giftbox, but I live in the UK, would the non-downloadable content of the box be able to be delivered to me?

Yes. We ship to the UK, no problem.

Just got my funbox. There are backing tracks included. I've followed directions, and I haven't been able to find the backing tracks.
