Goya guitar

I'm new to learning guitar and just bought a used Goya M75. It is an accoustic dreadnought that both looks and sounds great, but I would like to know more about the make and model. I hear that Martin bought the name sometime in the seventies. Does anyone know how the Goya M75 is rated, or what age such a model might be?
