I'm pretty new to Guitar Tricks. I've gotta' say I have learned more in just a couple of months that I thought I would. I've strummed and picked for years, just doing what I was someone else do. I want to play real music now, and that means I have understand the "why" along with the "how". I've a got a favorite instructor - if you want to learn from the bottom up, check out Ritchie Blackmore. I swear, it's like he's in the room with you. Here's a shout out to you Ritchie - thanks!!!!!

Oops. Last post referred to the Ritchie Blackmore style of play. My apologies to Christopher Schlegel - the instructor I was recommending. Christopher really is very good at explaining and demonstrating.
