Steve here from Texas. Finally decided to give guitar a try. Wanted to play for a long time but never made a commitement to learn. I was afraid I might be too old now (56 yrs) but I see others had the same fears and made it happen. So, I am going to try to teach myself with the help of GT. Picking up a new beginner electic guitar tomorrow and looking forward to giving it a go. Been through all Core 1 lessons up to and including the first 3 chords so far. Looks very interesting.
