No I actually mean strings. D'Addario, Fender, Ernie Ball just to name a few that make them with the plug that they last longer and sound brighter. I don't want to ruin frets or anything so I was just wondering if they are a good thing. Also the fact that stainless has less or no iron in it which makes it less or non-magnetic so the coils would not pick up string movement as well... Just me thinking out loud
