I'm a new member and really don't know where to start. I started playing the guitar one year ago. I feel that I am at a stopping point and need some guidance. Any suggestions.

Hi Nick, welcome to the site. Ok, so what kind of guitar do you have, electric or acoustic? What are your goals, as in, are you looking to be able to play certain songs, play the blues, join a band... etc... you might say "all of the above" but for now, what is most paramount to you? Give us a bit more info, and then we can better suggest an avenue of approach for you.

Hi NIck..
You might try going thru the fundamentals 1 and 2 if you haven't already.. The basics are there for any genre you are going work at.. Usually people work towards the type of music they like to listen too..
