can anyone tell me of a good reasonably priced accoustic electric with a narrowwer neck. My problem is I have shorter fingers. With my small hands my Samick Greg Bennett is ok for chords and some basic picking but for get down serious blues moving around penatonic minors is kind of a stetch. when playing my SG narroweer neck I good to go. I need to narrow my search and I cant see buying what I cant get hands on to feel it up first. Any reccomendations. ??

I'm not sure how much you are looking to spend, but I wrestled with selecting an acoustic/electric for over a year--I ended up with a Taylor T5 and love it, but recognize this may be more than you want to spend.

A friend's Ovation has basically an electric guitar neck on an accoustic body. I don't particluarly like it but it may do what you are looking for.

Another "acoustic with electric feel" avenue might be Godin guitars... that's their thing, but I think they are usually pretty spendy. I don't know about how wide or narrow the neck was, but I tried a Martin DCX1E and just loved that thing... kind of regret not buying at the time, and will probably get one later this year.
