I recently looged on and found I could not view any videos. I finally saw that "new player" was selected from the drop down. I switched to the old player and it was ok. Plus, now it seems to default to the new player whenever I log out and back in. What`s up with the new player?

I.E. 9
Windows 7

Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the browser and OS info.

There is a bug with the new player on IE.

We fixed it so the old player is the default, so you won't see the new player unless you select it.

We're working on the bug.

Thanks for the quick response and kudos to whoever engineered the old player-I didn`t know it needed upgrading. I like it.

Hi Mike,
The new player has some advantages. Most notable is the stillframes, which the old player didn't support.

I believe we have fixed the new player in IE. Please re-test and let me know?

I used the new player yesterday and it worked fine. I have problems with it before.

Picture is nice and crisp.

I have found that the looping feature on the new player doesn't seem to work as well as the old one. If I hit "b" to end the loop, it often continues playing. I never had this problem with the old player. Has anyone else had difficulty with this?

I have the same problem with the looping feature. I can set the A and B but the video still starts from the very beginning.

I am having the same problem also. I can't cancel the looping feature either without getting out and back in. Seems the hotkeys A, B, and X don't work for me either.

I've been using the site without any issues but as of last week I'm no longer able to see or play videos, either with the Old player or the New player. Works fine in IE, but not in Firefox which is my preferred default browser. Help?!?
