Guitar Tricks works on iPad and iPhone

Hi Jon,
I just tried using my new ipad2 (model MC954LL, version 5.1.1 9B206) with safari. I cannot play a lesson. I get a red screen saying I must have flash, even when I select Mobile. There is no button present to start the video. This seems to apply to all videos.
Did I not set things up correctly? Please provide directions.

Early testing shows it works great on the lessons, but there are a few minor issues with marketing videos and the front page player. We'll fix all that next week, but still you should find it quite useful as-is.
If you have an android phone, please try that too and we'll see. I am not sure what the android requirements are for it to work, so let me know what you have and if it works.
If it doesn't work, copy/paste these questions and answer them?
1. What device are you using:
2: What is your OS and version (iphone find this at settings->general->about->version)
3. Do no videos work, or just some videos:
4. If just some videos, which ones:
5. What does it do instead of working:
[ ] do you see a big red "you need flash" warning?
[ ] do you see a stillframe of the video, with no play button?
[ ] do you see a stillfram of the video, with a play button, but it won't play?
6. Any other info that might help?
Enjoy!
Jon

Hey Jeff!
Sorry I missed this message. I was out of town.
Are you still having trouble using GT on your iPad?

Am I the only person who lost the video capability when I switched to IOS 6 on my iPad?? Now I see a long pause and a 'No Play' (play symbol with diagonal bar) after a while on anything I try to view - home page intro, new lesson, previously played lesson.

d9mcclu,
We haven't upgraded our test ipad to iOS 6 yet. We'll upgrade it and let you know what we find out.

We upgraded our iPad to iOS 6 and the videos work fine.
I'm not sure what could cause your problem.
Maybe check settings -> safari and see if javascript is turned off?
