thanks that's a nice article, I always equate singing certain notes to playing barre chords, it takes practice to duplicate the physical positions that result in a perfect thigh note, your fingers have to remember what shape to move into, and the voice is the same everyone has to shape their throat, mouth neck etc into a particular configuration to reach the notes at the edge of their range and practice and repetition make it easier.
