You can now find me on US East as "JacoMocaco."

I shall be there shortly actually.

I think he's telling me that I should reinstall Diablo 2 on my system and come to US East to bust some head. Am I right?

P.S. Did you say that you had the expansion pack?

Yes indeed I do.

Diablo II is amongst the most addictive of games ever released. It has an involved plot, a character building side to it (weapons, armor, other equipment, and your character gains new skills and becomes stronger as you gain experience). Game play is pretty simple: you click until it's dead. There are five character classes (seven with the expansion pack), and to top it off, free online gaming through battlenet.

Just don't tempt me. I rarely play games on my computer, and I'm looking to get some new pickups, but grrrr, I would like Diablo 2.

It's actually a bit more complex than just "clicking until it's dead". You can play like that, but you usually don't last that long. For the hardcore players, there's actually strategy involved.

Yes, but you figure it out on your own pretty quickly. Actually saying all the details sounds A LOT more complicated than it really is.

Anyone play any 1st person shooters. I'm not really into the Diablo games that much.

Yeah, but I don't play online that much (or at all) because I don't have a fast connection.

Which ones do you play?

uh oh another gamer... be carefull with computer games. They're addictive and take valuable time away from guitar.

I'm a reformed computer game addict. Well... partly reformed. I currently in the midst of "Baldur's Gate II".

Diablo II is a great game as well though.

Right now I'm playing Aliens Vs Predator 2. I haven't played it online yet. I can tell you there is going to be a balance problem with this one. The predator is too powerful! I also play Half-Life, Unreal Tournament, and Quake 3.

They only type of role playing games I care for is anything made by Squaresoft. Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy. Lately, since FF8, I haven't really been into the games that much. They're too much into making the games have good graphics, and not as concerned with making the stories as good as they used to be. FF8, 9, and 10's stories suck compared to FF6 and 7. They're also too easy. Back in the day, RPGs used to be a challenge.
*end of rant*

Grand Theft Auto 3! I've played that game more than any other game that has ever been created!

Necromancer is surely the coolest guy there but it pisses me off that the golems and skelatons are always between your feet. however, an army of mage skels (heavy artillery) and fire golem combined with Iron Maiden (not the band) is quite powerful.
i have cracked the code of the characters so i can build any character posible any weponry any armor any gems etc.
i made pladin lev. 99... :)
... and barbarian lev. 36... :D
i bet you can find softwear that does the same on the net but i did this one myself and i'm very proud!

Yeah, but if you get caught doing it on Secure Battlenet they delete your account.

Today I went from level 28 to level 32, act three to act five, and aquired some badass swords and armor.

Jaco Mocaco is becoming more and more like his name sake (just needs a stick):

The Ballade of Jaco Macacco - Scissorfight
Never in the history of dog fighting
Was it ever more exciting
Than when into the pit
Walked a monkey with a stick

The biting and the beating
Were not considered cheating
Ended in a flood
Of canine blood

Money
Your money's on the monkey
The monkey wins - Money
Your money's on the monkey
The monkey wins

Come on place your bets
The monkey ain't lost yet
Victory repeated
Remaining undefeated

With the crowd screaming
The scary little demon
Throws a monkey fit
And monkey [beep]

I feel good.

Hmm, I thought it was some reference to Jaco Pastorius, with you being a bass player and all. That is one crazy song. The monkey, the stick; it works on so many levels.

LOL . . . well I actually don't practice any more. I reached the point a while ago with speed and technique that praticing any of that was sort of pointless. Whenever I play now, it's mainly just learning new songs and writing my own.

Doesn't it piss you off how they added that delay for spell casters??? Corpsebomb used to be the greatest weapon for groups of enemies, but with the latest patches, they added something like a one second delay. It pisses me off too how they ruined the multiple strike attack for the amazon.

Who cares about game balance??? . . . I want to kill stuff!!

There's a unique guy in the fifth act (forget his name) who uses corps explosion rather effectively. He also freezes anybody who comes close to him and generates new nasties who either blow themselves up in your face, or who you kill and their corpses are then blown up by him...

Nasty nasty stuff.

I think it's going to take atleast two Necromancers and a Barbarian to put an end to that bastard. Well, that or Jaco needs to level up a couple more times.

Yeah, is that the guy that you have to go through the portal to his secret hideout to find him? I think I remember him. I went blundering into his chamber with my barbarian and got dropped before I knew what hit me. (his corpsebombs are really powerful)

Yup, him.

I lured most of his buddies out and away before I was close enough for him to get involved. After a long, protracted battle that nearly ended me a couple of times and involved WAY too many health potions, I decided I'd be better off coming back with help and/or a stronger character.
