Not really sure what you are asking. I'm going to guess you want to learn to sight read.

If you are into classical guitar one of the standards is "Solo Guitar Playing" by Fredrick Noad. Takes you through the basics of sight reading from the very first step.

Make sure you get the 4th edition WITH the CD.

The Guitar Fundamentals courses have all the info you need to learn tablature as well as standard notation. All the notation on GT is a combination of both tablature & standard notation.

You can learn tablature ("tab" for short) here:

http://www.guitartricks.com/tutorial.php?input=1218

You can learn standard notation & how to translate between it & tab here:

http://www.guitartricks.com/tutorial.php?input=271

If you haven't already, I strongly encourage you to go through Guitar Fundamentals 1 & 2, which will teach you all this & more!

Have fun!

If you want to learn how to read sheet music and standard notion for guitar, I recommend the Berklee Basic Guitar Method books. They are very good.
