I would love to learn plucking..but the only technics i know of is play the e-G-B-G-E-G-B-G strings one by one... Any ideas on how to pluck a nice tune up?? Or must i master every single chord on the guitar frets??

Dude, you have an 8 stings guitar?
Anyway, to learn a tune, you need to know the changes of the tune? Get a song tab somewhere on the web. You'll see there are chord names, just learn their position, and try to strum them... You need to have some basic chord shapes down before you can actually play a tune.
