Well, i'm old and hard of thinking, but, i think these solos expand the songs expertly - which is different to an "all time greatest" solo effort.
and i agree that the solo in Nighttrain is excellente.
pstring , i remember "midnight at the Oasis" (vaguely) that was quite a tasty jazzy thing.
I'll stop with one extra,for tonal "shiftyness" the mini solos from "Reelin in the Years" _ Steely Dan - forgot the guitarist.
