I checked it again the tab is fine for Am not Em!
Your last #5 note should be on the high E string not the B
String to match your sound file.
Also your useing an Eb=tuning right?
I mean your tuned down a half step from standard 440 right?

What it looks like your tab is written in Am and
your sound file is being played in Ebm.
