We were supposed to have 4th row seats, but I mananged to befriend a lady who was where to photoshoot the concert. She was front row, she had an empty seat by her. We chatted for a while befor the concert and when the show started, I just stayed there. This type of venue is one where there is no security guards between you and the stage, so, it was quit awesome being right ther at the stage.
David Coverdale was excellent. Twice he put his mic out for me and my friend (who bull moosed his way to the stage because he seen me there) allowed us to sing into his mic. That was fun and exciting.
Got some pics from Reb and Doug.
So, that's the good stuff. The bad? My iPhone cell phone took a 100% dump on me about 30 minutes before the show. It just would not turn on. It had a full 100% charge. It just for some unknown reason stopped working as if there was no battery in it. Thus I was not able to take any pictures. I mean really? You're FRONT ROW at a Whitesnake concert and your cell phone gives up the ghost and you cant take any pictures. What a crapper.
Oh and I asked a roadie what heads Reb had, guess he plays through Marshall Plexis'. I didn't ask what Doug was playing through BUT, they were identical to what Reb had, so I'm going to assume he was playing through Plexis' as well. Reb had 4 full stacks on his side and Dough had 5. I think... It was either 3 and 4 or 4 and 5. I can't recall, but I know that Doug had one more than reb for some reason. Never asked.
Anyway, good times for sure!
