New to Guitar Tricks
Hi, My name is Tjoi. I am looking forward to learning to play guitar, however I am left handed e.g. I will need to hold the pick in my left hand (I also have small hands). I am off out tomorrow to buy my first guitar, any advice would not go amiss.

Hello Tjoi,
Welcome to Guitar Tricks!
I have had several left handed students and we got along just fine. Everything's the same except in reverse...a mirror image. There are several fine guitar makers out there who offer left-handed instruments, you shouldn't have any trouble at all finding a good quality guitar. If there is anything else I can be of help to you with, please don't hesitate to ask.
Once again, welcome.
Best,
BH

Hi BH, Thanks for your reply. Just having a look online and think I have found a starter kit just what I am looking for. I'll let you know how I progress. Take care and thanks for the encouragement.
