Hi everyone!
I have been interested in signing up for a full access subscription for some time now but I would really love to be able to see how much extra really is offered and whether it is worth my money. I came across this free trial option somewhere but I am unsure how to upgrade my free membership to use this trial version. Could anyone help me?

This is a good idea for the site. I have a couple of people I have been trying to get them to join. If you have this it would be a good thing to hook and reel them in. Maybe 3 days would be good, I go to the VA Hospital and a few of my doctors are interested so let me know also if there is such a thing, Peter
