Can't access any videos - and no response from Support

I've just submitted my problem for the 2nd time from the "Contact Us" page, but with all videos broken for me, what else is? So I'm submitting my problem here too. See below.

What happened to "We will respond to your message within 1 business day"? It's been well over that, and I have no access to any videos. Here's my previous message:

I can't access any videos on the site anymore. I guess this is the first time I've tried since "ipv6 day". Possibly the first time also since I upgraded to Windows 7. All looks OK on the "General Troubleshooting Guide" page, with the little Flash preview video playing OK. I can't get any other videos to work though! On lesson pages I there's no sign of the video loading. On the main guitartricks.com Welcome page the embedded video displays an error message when I click on it, e.g. "Video not found or access denied: http://media7.guitartricks.com/hosts/0/7/0/GTCHbluesshuffle060111LO.flv".
I am logged in properly.
If I "ping" guitartricks.com, it responds OK.
However the above address media7.guitartricks.com doesn't respond, instead I get:
Pinging gtricks.vo.llnwd.net [117.121.253.254] with 32 bytes of data:
General failure.
General failure.
General failure.
General failure.

Support got back to me quickly after the 2nd try, and while I was following their diagnostic advice I thought "what about PeerBlock"? I turned it off, and the problem went away! This is something new since my recent Windows 7 upgrade, it was never a problem before. Anyway, problem fixed, and maybe this info about PeerBlock will help someone else one day. :)

Thanks for posting that! I hadn't heard of it before.

You'd be surprised how many times we can fix a support issue with this sort of information, and it goes over really well.."Do you have peerblock installed?" And they say "yes" and it seems like we're psychic.
