Nice! You played it really well and kept it true to the original. Have you heard the cover version Adam Lambert did of it? The reason I ask is that your guitar line follows a very literal interpretation of the original vocal line. Lambert, particularly in the second verse, changes up the vocal line a little, pushing it into a higher range for just a moment. I think you could really have some fun with this now that you've got the backing track... just sort of allow yourself to throw your own take in there a little and embellish the original melody rather than stick to it note to note. Just an idea...

Yeah I did think of changing things up a bit but to be honest I put that track together late at night after quite a few beers...it was hard enough just sticking to the original...:D

Maybe I'll give it another go sometime...I'm waiting for my main axe to come back from Ibanez at the moment...maybe when I get it back I'll do a version with some whammy action in it...!!
