Go to one of the lesson pages. Scroll to the bottom until you see the MP3 player. In the bottom half of the player, to far right of the title of the MP3 track name there is a white, downward pointing arrow. Click on that & the file should start to download.

If it doesn't, you may have a setting on your internet browser that blocks files from dowloading. After you click on the arrow, look at the top of the window. Is there a warning information bar that displays text like, "Warning, you are about to download a file from the site"? You might need to right click on that warning bar and select "Download the file". You might need to change some settings so your computer will allow to download the files.
