How can I find a good guitar luthier?

I live in Orange County, CA. I'm looking for a good luthier to take my classical guitar to. Need to have the action lowered. I don't really know where to go though. Don't know anybody who can recommend someone either. How would I go about finding one? I tried google but every store is obviously going to advertise themselves as the best.

I live in OC as well. I now do most of my guitar works(setups and basic electronics stuff) but previously used a guy in Tustin - Guitar Remedy - Paul. Looks like his prices are posted on his site:

My friend still uses him and has had him do some pretty advanced stuff - such as retoring an old 50s electric he had, so I believe he is more than capable.
