I'm not that familiar with many guitar brands and I've been trying to work out what brand this is...

I'm just curious because it seems to be quite a small model too. Just stirred my interest and there's no Google image recognition search yet :))

Thanks.

Hey Viviana,
I don't recognize the headstock, it may be custom made. There's some great guitars being built that way these days, still loving the custom double bender I got last October too.

If you find another pic of it, maybe a better view of the headstock to read the logo. Then type it into a search engine to find the luthier, or builder of the guitar. Also if the band has some social networking pages, you may be able to find out that way. Best of luck to you, and let us know if you do.

Well, they usually play on Gibson guitars and some Guild models for the acoustic performances, but this one I've only seen them use a few times. I'll let you know if I find a better picture.

Hey Viviana,
I don't think it's a Gibson, and I had thought about Guild too. I know they've changed some stuff around in the last few years, especially since George Gruhn came into the picture.

Taylors have a smaller headstock too, if you find another pic I'm pretty sure we can figure out what it is.

It could very well be a Washburn

Good eye Bluepick1956,
I checked the website, and this guitar has the same insignia on the pick guard.

Well now we know what brand it is, just have to figure out the model. I have a 71 Washburn that I bought used in 1980, and it's still an awesome guitar.

Yes, that's definitely it. Seems to be a Jumbo, not a small model, though. But maybe they make them in several sizes

Here it is again (mute your speakers before clicking the link, there's an awful lot of erratic fans screaming :)) )

well, he barely plays it here, but I noticed it had an amazing sound when I saw them live.
