Yes! i was to taking lessons for 2 years and never progressed plus way to exspesive. I got discourged and put my guitar away for about a year and half and tried lessons again thinking i would have pregressed in my playing, but relised again i wasn't. So I found this site 2 years ago and progressed a lot, and bought myself some new line six gear and already am happy. My family can see that I have found my glitch in guitar playing that is teaching your self, and for others as well might be a better move if you just want to pick it up and just play songs. That's all I wanted to be able to do. Thanks again guitar tricks for this site I to sign up with Jam'n play and relised I made a mistake and switched back. i think they just have a lot of wanne be guitarist on their that never made that far and they feel more comfortable in front of a camera teaching.
