Video Taking Too Long to Download and 'freezing'

The previous thread suggests I'm not the only one experiencing this....it was working fine at the start of Jan sometime.

The download takes so long now, it's not easy to follow the lessons.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

GT can you look into this please? Are your servers getting hammered?
