Love it or hate it, it did get a lot of youngsters into some good music and raised there interest in playing for real.

We have two plastic guitar and 4 or five different versions of at home. If nothing else, it exposed my kids to some music other than that which is produced by the Disney "talent" manufacturing company.

I think I'm going to pull the Beatles GH from my daughter's game stash, and squirrel it away.....may be worth something when I'm about 90 or she's a grandmother LOL.

Yeah, I really thought the quality on the Beatles GH tracks was quite good.

I haven't played it, but I did hear they were of extremely high quality.

Purchased GH 4 weeks ago.
Purchased used Epi SG Special last weekend.

I realized I could spend 6 months getting really good at GH or spend that time learning for real. Since getting the SG, I have not played GH.

I heard that for rockband 3 you can actually get a game controller that is like a real guitar with frets and strings and everything. The game teaches you the basics and how to play the songs.
