The C note is a half step up from B, so it's in the 5th fret on the 3rd string.
If you add the notes in between, it may be easier to remember. I call it the musical alphabet, and here it is starting with the open E.
E F F# G G# A A# B C C# D D# E
This spans an octave, and works the same no matter where you start. Just remember that from B it goes to C, and from E it goes to F. A half step is one fret on the guitar, and this can be very helpful when learning scales.
