It seems that I cannot get my fingers warmed up no matter how long time I warm up with scales, legato, SPIDER-excercises, chords or anything.
No matter how hard I try, my fingers are just cold and dry, which also makes me drop my pick frequently 'cause there is no resistance on my fingertips.
I try to wash my hands in hot water, turn the heat up all the way in my room and close all the doors but nothing seems to work. :S
Any tips or tricks? :S
Maybe try rubbing your hands together? That causes friction, which builds up heat in your hands :)
