I have to play a show tonight that I've been looking forward to, so of COURSE I get sick. I'm not miserably sick yet, but I do have a runny nose and that is going to suck if it is running while I'm playing. I can deal with aches, pains, stuffy nose, soar throat, ect, but a runny nose is the worst.

What do you guys do if you are sick and have a gig to play? What's the quickest way to at least stop this runny nose for about 1 or 2 hours?

DayQuil is for Stuffy nose, NyQuil (which I always use) is for runny nose, but it makes you sleepy.

Ended up taking Zyrtec. Lasted long enough for the show and I started feeling it wear off after I was already done. Good thing it helped though. Would have been a disaster.
