Did you guys know that quicktime player can also slow videos up to half speed? It's pretty simple to, what an amazing feature. Now i don't worry when I see really fast licks, if it's in flv or other format that quicktime can't play I just convert the video to mp4 and I use quicktime to slow it.
For those who don't know how, you just open a video with quicktime player, click on window on the menu bar, click show A/V controls a window opens, look to the bottom right you'll see playback speed move it to half and viola.
