Depends on what kind of music you are playing. By the way, what kind of music are you playing? :p If its mostly chords, you can get by without a pick. If its fast solos, you can't really finger pick that. If you are looking for a smaller/faster pick I'd recommend Dunlop Jazz iii's. I use the black tortex ones, 1.14 mm. Good, small, hard pick that lets you fly across the strings. Again though, depends on the music.
