Hey folks since I started playing almost 7 months ago I've come to realize that guitar picks never seem to suit me much . I've never gotten good clarity with guitar picks and have only made awful sounds when trying to pick with a light pick or medium pick .

I was wondering if i should just stick with good ole finger picking because I like the sound and have better control or would a thumb pick would be a good middle ground for between guitar picking and finger picking .

Bear in mind I've never used a thumb pick so any advice on that would be great and what are some good ones to get as I plan on buying some later today
