Which guitarist made you turn your head around while listening to him?

I have to admit I was floored when I first heard Tom MORELLO's solo in "killing in the name". Of course, I didn't know whammy pedals back then, so I thought this guy had total control over his slide and that he tremolo picked it while perfectly in tune... Silly me!
