I cannot think of anything on the site in particular no. It is important to consider how instruments transpose to one another and understand the different ranges. Honestly, there isn't really a technique other than using your ears to hear the licks and/or chords and than trying your best to interpret that on the guitar.

Any sort of lead instruments (horns...more or less) are great to transpose to guitar, as those are instruments that revolve around phrasing and can do wonders for your soloing. Piano can be tricky as pianists have access to 10 fingers to play chords, so have fun!
